David Montelongo, Founder
For David, remodeling has never been just about construction — it’s about understanding a home, seeing its potential, and creating spaces that add lasting value for the families who live there.
With over 35 years across construction, home remodeling, and real estate, David understands a house from the foundation to the roof. He’s built single-family homes and small apartment complexes from the ground up and led extensive renovations of existing properties.
As a licensed real estate professional and investor, he also helps homeowners think about where their remodeling dollars make the greatest impact — so a project doesn’t just look beautiful, it makes sense for the home’s long-term value.
Why Bathrooms?
A Deliberate Decision to Specialize
After decades working throughout the entire home, David chose to focus Bath By Design SA exclusively on bathrooms. Bathrooms are among the most detailed, technically demanding spaces in any home — plumbing, waterproofing, tile, electrical, cabinetry, fixtures, accessibility, layout, and design all come together in one compact space. We’d rather give these projects the specialized attention they deserve than try to be a company that does everything.
